These Terms of Use govern your use of the iOS app “Vapexit”. By installing and using the app, you accept these terms.
Vapexit supports you in quitting vaping. Among other features, it offers a streak counter, a savings calculation, breathing exercises for cravings, milestones, and savings goals.
Vapexit is not a medical product and does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The app makes no medical claims or promises of cure. If you experience health issues or have questions about nicotine withdrawal, please consult a medical professional. You use the app at your own responsibility.
Vapexit offers a free basic version as well as "Vapexit Pro" with extended features. Pro is available in the following variants:
The current prices are always displayed transparently in the app and in the App Store before you complete a purchase.
Automatic renewal. Subscriptions (monthly and yearly) renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. If a free trial is included, the subscription starts and payment is charged when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then.
Cancellation. You can cancel your subscription at any time in your iOS settings: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. After cancellation, access remains active until the end of the period already paid for.
Processing by Apple. All purchases and payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Apple's terms of purchase apply in addition to these terms.
In addition, Apple's standard End User License Agreement for licensed applications applies: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
In case of conflicts between these Terms of Use and the Apple Standard EULA, the provisions of the Apple Standard EULA prevail.
