1) Acceptance of these Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the CupidAi Smart Dating Coach app ("CupidAi", the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You must be at least 17 years old to use the App. By using CupidAi, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2) What CupidAi is (and isn’t)

CupidAi is an AI-powered dating coach for iOS that can provide personalized dating suggestions, conversation ideas, icebreakers, and profile feedback.

CupidAi is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

3) Subscriptions, free trials, and payments

CupidAi offers a free tier with limited features and a Pro subscription with expanded access.

Subscription plans (may vary by region):

• Weekly: $3.99 / week
• Monthly: $7.99 / month
• Yearly: $36.00 / year

Free trial: New users may receive a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected subscription will begin and you will be charged.

Billing & renewal:

• Payments are processed through Apple’s App Store (StoreKit).
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Cancellation: Manage or cancel in Apple ID settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions).

Refunds: No refunds for partial billing periods (subject to Apple’s policies and applicable law).

4) AI-generated content disclaimer

CupidAi uses third-party AI services (including OpenAI) to generate advice, suggestions, and analysis.

• AI-generated content is not professional relationship, psychological, medical, or legal advice.
• AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or inappropriate.
• You remain solely responsible for your decisions, actions, communications, and outcomes.
• The “Date Chance %” feature is an estimate based on limited information and must not be treated as factual.
• CupidAi does not guarantee any specific results in your dating life. </aside>

5) Images and data handling

When you upload images (e.g., screenshots or profile photos) for analysis:
