This Privacy Policy explains how Photo Check ("we," "our," or "the app") handles your information when you use the Photo Check application on iOS. We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) where applicable.

By using Photo Check, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.

1. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

• First name and gender (entered during onboarding)
• Your goals and tonality preferences (onboarding answers)

2.2 Photos You Upload

You may upload photos for AI analysis (photo rating, fix my photo, first impression). Photos are transmitted directly to OpenAI's API for analysis and are never stored on our servers or on your device beyond the duration of the API call. Once the AI response is returned, the photo data is discarded and no copy is retained by us.

You must only upload photos of yourself. Uploading photos of other people without their consent is prohibited.

2.3 Automatically Collected Information

• Basic device information (iOS version, device model), used for crash reporting and debugging only
• App usage statistics (features used, session length), collected in aggregated, anonymized form via RevenueCat
• Subscription status and purchase history, handled by RevenueCat and Apple

2.4 Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your full legal name, address, phone number, or email address
